Dark Void

Dark Void’s unique combination of in-air and on-ground combat creates a thrilling new gameplay dynamic to the third-person shooter experience. Taking 3D action to a whole new level, Dark Void’s vertical combat system allows players to dangle from thousand foot drops as they take cover and drop enemies from above and below, bringing a whole new sense of vulnerability and thrill to the player.

I liked this game a lot. Interesting story line and lots of fighting. Best game I've played in awhile.

I have to say after playing this title all the way through in about a total of 9-11 hours, it definitely lacks in longevity.  I like it overall simply because, like the Prince of Persia series, it gave me that feeling of falling to my death a lot....which I find enjoyable if you can understand that. Also, it could've used a little more diversity in the 'enemy' category.

Who said anything about an 8???

You're not exactly backing your opinion up there with anything beyond, it's a jet-pack.  If games were judged by the scope of their concepts rather than quality, it would be easy for the developers.

Thankfully they're not.
