Digital Extremes release the first details and teaser of Dark Sector in action…

Having wowed us with Pariah, the first details of a new Digital Extremes title today found their way to us, and itâ??s time to get very excited indeed.

Billed as the first next-gen videogame, Dark Sector is currently in development for next-generation platforms; although the Canadian based developer refused to confirm whether this is Playstation3, Xbox2, N5 or all three formats.

Sadly specific details are currently being kept under lock and key, however Digital extremes have been keen to point out that all the visuals featured in the Teaser Trailer are from the in-game graphics engine and not pre-rendered CG.

Weâ??ll have more information soon.

This game was a little on the easy side, but I found it fun, although it took a total of about 6 hours to beat, and not much for plot, but I liked it

If you are looking for a game which boasts no expectation of skill and just fancy slicing limbs from the bodies of the bad guys, or just shooting your way through level after level then this game is for you. The story line is a little on the thin side, but aside from that it deserves its average score of 7.
