Activision, rather predictably, confirmed that DJ Hero will be getting the Special Edition treatment when it launches later in the year.
Featuring a premium Renegade turntable controller with lavish metal controls and finish, the Renegade Edition also contains a hard-shell carrying case to transport your decks that also transforms into a handy performance-ready DJ stand. The Renegade Edition also features an exclusive 2-CD pack featuring unreleased tracks from Jay-Z and Eminem with artwork by Shepard Fairey.
No word yet on how much extra you'll have to fork out for all of the lovely extras, though with the standard version retailing at £89.99 we'd expect a princely sum close to 120 quid.

God damn I cannot wait for this game... Obviously it was a no brainer to bring it out, and I'm sure I am not the only one who saw Guitar Hero and thought, "How good would a DJ version be"...
