Crysis Specs Revealed News

TVG has today learnt the specifications required to run Crysis at an event held in Frankfurt, Germany. The game, due for release on PCs from November 16th, is currently in development at CryTek and is one of the key titles for the platform to launch with DX10 technology.

Below are the Recommended and Minimum requirements to run the game, and as expected, are quite beefy:

Recommended Specifications:

XP/Vista
Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz
AMD Athalon 64 X2 4400
2GB RAM
GeForce 8800 GTS (640)

Minimum Specifications:

Single Core 2.8GHz XP/3.2 GHz Vista
1 GB RAM XP/1.5 GB Vista
DirectX 9.0c Compatible GPU
12GB Free Hard Drive

Hopefully there'll be further clarification on the specification of the DX9 card needed to experience the shooter. Time to start making a withdrawal from your bank...
