Electronic Arts announces a special edition of the upcoming Command & Conquer 3.
Electronic Arts has today confirmed plans to release a limited "Kane Edition" of upcoming RTS, 'Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars'.
The edition, which will launch simultaneously with the standard version during March, will include a bonus DVD filled with a bloopers reel, behind the scenes documentary, and strategy videos. Additionally, the Kane Edition will also feature five exclusive Multiplayer maps, three exclusive unit skins, and some desktop wallpapers.
"The Command & Conquer fans are among the most dedicated in the world. It's very exciting to be able to create a special bonus edition of C&C 3 with our fans in mind," said Mike Verdu, Vice President and Executive Producer at EALA. "The exclusive maps, strategy tutorials, special unit skins and 'making of' video provide hours of enjoyment to anyone who loves Command & Conquer. The 'blooper reel' is just flat out funny. I can't wait for Command & Conquer fans to get their hands on this game."
Despite today's news only dealing with the PC version of the game, EA has released 'Special Edition' versions of its titles on Xbox 360 in the past (Need for Speed: Carbon), so don't be too surprised if a similar package is released onto the console later in 2007.

sup com is... ok... nothing special, games take to long, not really skilled play, its about massing and then eventual toppling due to maybe a underhand tactic, ive played with the best sup comm'ers and the games were.. boring. CnC3 Ftw..
