EA announce Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath on their RTS focused Battlecast Primetime show...

EA have revealed the inevitable add-on pack for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. It will be called Kane's Wrath and is due out on the Xbox 360 and PC in early 2008.

The announcement was made on EA's Battlecast Primetime show where the producer, Jim Vasella, made a number of comments about the added features Kane's Wrath would bring Command and Conquer 3. One particularly noteworthy addition is a Risk-esque global domination meta-game:

"One of the core features of this game is the global domination meta-game," said Vasella. "Imagine a game like Risk but on steroids, supporting the C&C fiction with Ion Cannons, nukes, Mammoth tanks as you move your armies around the entire world. When armies collide, you'll jump down into that fast and fluid C&C gameplay that you know and love."

Other additions will include 24 new multiplayer maps, the versatile Radio interface for the Xbox 360 version and a host of new units.

The confessor Cabal can be upgraded to include 1 black hand trooper (flamethrower) and with the blue flame upgrade all flame rapes buildings and vehicles. with a few purifiers with it, i was able to level a base in a matter of seconds
