KuJu Entertainment and Hip Interactive's receivers working to get zombie blaster to the market...

In an attempt to recoup some of the debts incurred by the demise of Hip Interactive, KuJu Entertainment today confirmed that they are working alongside Hipâ??s receivers to find an alternative publisher for the game â??previouslyâ? known as George A Romero Presents: City of the Dead.

The first-person-shooter that boasted online play and Havok physics is based on the zombie kingâ??s classic Dawn of the Dead trilogy, although todayâ??s announcement suggests that the name will undergo a change with reasons currently unclear.

"There have already been several interested parties in the game, the team and the technology and we are hopeful that some elements of the project will continue beyond the unfortunate demise of Hip Interactive Inc." said Jonathan Newth, Managing Director of Kuju Entertainment.
