NCSoft’s Superhero MMORPG set to launch throughout Europe this Friday…
The world of superheroes is set to cross the Atlantic this week as NCSoft announce that City of Heroes will be launched in Europe on Friday 4th 2005 with a grand launch at Virgin Megastore in Oxford Street, London. The European release will include a couple of extra features including all three content updates, a Prestige Power, and an 88-page comic digest.
Announcing the news Sebastian Vidal, COO, NCsoft Europe said, â??We are extraordinarily happy with how well the European Beta wentâ?¦Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are looking forward to a similarly successful retail launch."
The company is obviously looking forward to the Oxford Street event as Sales and Marketing Director of NCsoft Europe, Max Brown said, "We are very excited about the public event on Friday. This is the first time that a MMO has been publicly exhibited at Virgin Megastore and we are delighted that they have chosen City of Heroes as the first game worthy of such exposure."
Subscription to the MMORPG will be £8.99 a month, £23.99 for three months, and £44.99 for six months, weâ??ll have more soonâ?¦

Personaly I'm a flavor player. I dont care what the primaries and secondaries are but it would be nice if each primary for an AT had a secondary that made sense with it. Stone for Doms, fine but what the heck do you match to it? Also I would have loved to have seen Doms get Illusion control. The idea of trickery and false images just seems more a senaky vilian thing to me.

If a Brute can have Energy Melee, i don't understand why scrappers cannot. i will say though that fire shield with spines will be nasty for PvE, but i prefer PvP. Meh Corrupters getting Storm and Controllers getting Themal is good though

... i wanted EM scrappers, /cold controllers, elec tanks, regen brutes, BS/invun stalkers, lol makes sence not to have most of thoses, EM scrappers :P lawl... but i wanted the cold controller more then anything
