New developments on the Kojima teaser site suggest that there's another game announcement being readied for E3...

The latest unfurling of Kojima Productions' 'Next' teaser site has now revealed what appears to be two distinct game projects, suggesting that there are more E3 Kojima announcements in store following last night's Metal Gear Solid: Rising reveal.

Now titled "E3 2009 Kojima Productions Special Site", the teaser site boasts a yellow and orange tab next to the MGS: Rising button, which says: ""Mask"? Who are you?". Clicking on this icon then takes you to the glowing 'Mask' image that was revealed on the site last week.

What's more, here at TVG we could've sworn that the 'Mask' appeared to be broken and crumbling last night, appearing a bit like a skeleton (attempts to recreate this today have failed unfortunately).

Now, it was very late and we had been covering E3 news since the crack of dawn, which might explain why we didn't have the presence of mind to take a screengrab. Also, we might just have been seeing things, but it's worth keeping in mind nonetheless.

Could Sony be preparing to take the power back from Microsoft with a new IP from Kojima that's exclusive to the PS3? You can spell "PS3" with some of the numbers and letters that have been unveiled on the teaser site previously, although 'Mask' is most definitely not amongst the list of characters: 5 (possibly S), E, e, 3, 6, 0 (O), P, R, C, and finally 8 (B).
