CoD 5: World At War Multiplayer Beta Details News

Sample the action this October on the Xbox 360 and PC ahead of the worldwide release...

Although we have a sneaky suspicion that Call of Duty: World At War will fail to topple Modern Warfare from the Xbox Live Most Played list, CoD fans can shortly get a slice of the action with confirmation of an Xbox 360 and PC beta test.

Commencing during October, the beta will serve as an early chance to jump in on the action and sample World at War's Pacific and European theatres. The game's new squad system will make an appearance, along with fan favourites such as the Perks and Kill Streak systems.

"We are excited to share a sneak peak of Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer with the community," says Mark Lamia, Treyarch Studio Head. "The team has worked hard to build upon the great history and foundation of Call of Duty multiplayer and we can't wait to go online to ramp up for our November launch."

Players wishing to join the multiplayer beta can register at www.callofduty.com.

IDK why but it seems to do that for no reason after playing the game online for a while. It is Unnacceptable. No reason to be having those while I'm online.
