The slayer returns in a new adventure on the GameBoy Advance...

THQ have released the first information and screens from Buffy’s return on the GameBoy Advance.<br><br>Currently in development at Natsume, ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Wrath of the Darkhul King’ sees players assuming the role of the Slayer as she goes up against Adam and the Gentlemen.<br><br>Players will fight through 16 levels closely based from locations taken from the hit TV show, whilst THQ are promising a high level of interaction, allowing for objects and parts of the environment to be broken.<br><br>Natsume have been working on a new Weapon Combo System, which allows players to modify and augment the weapons picked up in the game by combining them with specific items collected on the way.<br><br>All of the main characters from the show will make an appearance to help Buffy in her quest, whilst progress through the game will open up new clothes for Buffy to wear and collect.<br><br>As you can see from these first screens, the game looks very similar to the glutton of side-scrollers that became popular during the 16-bit days; hopefully Buffy’s erm… charm and some interesting features will lift this above everything else we’re seeing released on the GBA.<br><br>We’ll have more soon…
