Ubisoft confirms a PSP "Best Of" adaptation currently in development at Ubisoft Shanghai...

Ubisoft and Gearbox Software's Brothers in Arms is set to make its PSP debut later in the year, confirming the development of Brothers in Arms: D-Day currently underway at Ubisoft Shanghai.

Essentially a "Best Of" comprising of the previous two titles in the series, the title has been developed with the PSP in mind, and as such promises exclusive content designed specifically to suit the handheld format with an all-new control system designed around the format's limitations.

Assuming the roles of Sergeant Matt Baker and Sergeant Joe "Red" Hartsock as their fight their way to Carentan and St. Sauveur respectively, Ubisoft promises new teammate capabilities, improved enemy AI, new weapons such as a bazooka team and destroyable cover.

Brothers in Arms: D-Day will also feature co-op multiplayer in the form of 12 skirmish missions across four different game types.

Look out for more on the title soon.
