A wrong build of Episode 2 uploaded to the PS Store appeares to be the problem...
Detective fans eager to solve the mysteries of Blue Toad Murder Files have stumbled upon a problem, with reports that the second episode freezes immediately after starting the game.
In a post to the official forums, a Relentless spokesperson claimed:
"A few people seem to be having issues playing episode 2. First of all we would like to apologise for any issues you are experiencing. We are currently working to resolve this issue. I will update you when I have more information. Apologies once again."
A further update suggests that the wrong build was uploaded to the store, so PS3 owners that bought the title will need to download it again once the proper version appears.

I would not recommend Blue Toad Murder Files for PS3. The game is based on riddles, except the developers, when programming the answers, fell for their own damn trick questions, punishing you for right answers and rewarding you for wrong ones. Do not get this game.
