Digital Jesters' situation worsens as the Bet on Soldier studio cuts their ties...

Compounding the problems of ailing publisher Digital Jesters, Bet on Soldier developer Kylotonn Entertainment has today announced that itsâ?? cancelled their contract with the company. Citing multiple breaches of contract, specifically with regards to non-payment, Kylotoon comments that the Bet on Soldier IP remains theirs and that the search of a new publisher will now take place.

The news comes a fortnight after the developer KaosKontrol also cancelled their contract with Digital Jesters for breach of contract; the company is currently petitioning for the winding-up of DJ as well as possibly launching legal action against the firmâ??s directors. KaosKontrol are currently producing DogTag for PlayStation2 and Xbox with the company now looking for a new publisher for the title.

Weâ??ll have further news on this as it develops.
