Microsoft and Rare confirm that a solution to the standard def text issue in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts 'n' Bolts is coming...

Standard Definition-owning Xbox 360 fans can breath a sigh of relief this afternoon, as Microsoft and Rare have confirmed that a patch to resolve the 'small text' issue in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts 'n' Bolts is on the way.

The issue emerged last week, just a few days after a demo for the title launched on Xbox Live Marketplace.

Making a joint statement, Microsoft and Rare confirmed that a patch will arrive within the next few weeks:

"It has come to our attention that people are experiencing subtitle readability issues with Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts on Standard Definition TVs. We would like to assure you that contrary to earlier reports, we are aware of the issue and currently working on a title update to be released within the next 30 days that will fix it for those with Standard Definition TVs. We're committed to ensuring all fans of the franchise are able to have the best experience possible with Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts."

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts 'n' Bolts is scheduled to arrive on Xbox 360 this Friday.

	By: Anonymous Added:Sun 18th Jan 2009 14:30, Post No: 57 sorry i dont quite understand where you think nuts and bolts sucked i think the games awsome and very refreshing not the same old platformer (run jump kill a few enemys jumps some more) this is where platform games need to be heading, not going back in time otherwise they all play the same just having a different hero ie sonic mario (yes 2 different platformers but the actual gameplay hasnt changed all that much though mario is the better game by miles)
