Sony confirms a November 2009 release date for Assassin's Creed outing...
Sony's Jack Tretton has recently confirmed that the Assassin's Creed will be released during November 2009. No further details on the title, such as whether it's based on Altair, Ezio, or another member of the assassin's clan have been confirmed.

We now know the game will be a direct sequel to the original Assassin's Creed and provide the link with this year's sequel. Players once again take control of Altair, as he attempts to hunt down the ascending members of the Templars as they retreat to the island of Cyprus.
