It may be a popular TV series in the States, and to a lesser extent in the UK, but all we really know about this is that it is shown on Sky 1 or could it be Channel 4, which only goes to prove it is very much the game that is being taken into consideration.
Alias offers a concoction of ideas, as you take on the role of CIA agent Sydney Bristow, who we are informed is Young. Female and Deadly.
This unique blend of action and stealth puts you under fire and under pressure straight from the onset and whether you're up against the clock or being hunted by the enemy, fighting against the odds or fleeing for your life, the action is relentless. Gizmos, gadgets and pure muscle power are order of the moment.
The variety with the games objects, as well in locations, aint half bad and that alongside some really plush graphics gives this almost instant appeal, which proves a point that some TV programs do transform into half decent games.
If you care to read up on the game (TVG did an interview with the team a while back) youâ??ll find this third-person, action bruiser, has stealth missions, time-based objectives, espionage, intriguing plot twists, high-tech weaponry and spicy gameplay traversing the globe. The non linear approach, multi paved ways, to win through, plus the added bonus that the AI in the game is turned on to challenge the player as opposed to making you look your best all the time has been consciously constructed. Itâ??s good also to see this is UK developed and what could well be seen as a suspicious use of a license turns out to be a darn good game!
